In preparation for the walk through, please:

1. Test all appliances and fixtures (including stove, dishwasher, microwave, W/D, light bulbs, toilets, showers, drain stops, outlets, & door locks) to ensure they are in working order.

2. Check Windows 

3. Test HVAC (temperature and noise) 

4. Fill in all holes on walls more than dime-sized

   The apartment should be fully empty and broom swept clean, meaning as you would like to receive it as a buyer. You do not need to hire professional cleaners, but it is always nice when the fridge and cabinets are generally clean to make for a good feeling transaction.
